The Classic Clenet Club is trying to find every Clenet on Earth. We doubt that we will complete this project anytime soon, but we consider the effort to be worthwhile. We welcome your assistance in correcting any errors and adding photos and facts to what is presented below. Please send your suggestions to email@example.com.
Clenet Coachworks Inc. produced 187 Series II Cabriolet automobiles from late 1979 through 1987. These cars were produced in the new Goleta factory and later in the Carpinteria factory. In general, Series II cars built at Goleta have a build number plaque xxx/250 whereas the Carpinteria cars have xxx/500. The base price of the Series II started at $59,900 in 1979 and reached $102,500 by the end of production in 1987.

If you have several high resolution photos of your Clenet, please email them to us and we will make a similar gallery of your car. Then you can email your friends a link to your gallery so they can enjoy your Clenet as well. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will notice that most countries and USA states are identified by standard two-letter codes. To avoid confusing CA (Canada) with CA (California) we use CAN and CAL. To avoid confusing DE (Germany) with DE (Delaware), we use DEU and DEL.
Please note: When a Clenet is shown as being for sale, use caution. Some dealers and individual sellers may leave their ads online long after the car has actually been sold. When you find such a case, please tell us! Thanks.
